I had contacted other realtors and a management company to help with an out of state property. I had used a management company that was horrible and in my frustration decided to find a local realtor who would treat my property and myself as a priority. I first talked to Kevin about management and future sale and found that he was the right person. He IMMEDIATELY went to work, was in constant contact with me, found people to clear out the property, dealt with a problem tenant and sent me comps and we got the property sold. He went above and beyond, checking on the property, taking out the trash cans, locking up the gates. I found someone who treated the listing with care and understanding and always was available for any issues. He took care of everything with the best escrow company also.

What an incredible experience from beginning to end. Kevin Sample was on top of everything, giving us his full attention, diving right in, lining up house after house for us to tour. We never felt rushed or pressured. With his extensive background in construction and decades of Real Estate experience, walking through each house with Kevin was like having a personal contractor with you. He was able to point out the structural pros and cons, as well as giving you a vision of the possibilities. Kevin does his research and is up to date on market trends. I cannot stress enough how his comprehensive knowledge and background came through for us in this uncertain real estate market. 100 percent recommend working with Kevin.

Kevin helped my elderly mom sell my father’s office after he passed away. This was after she had been burned by a prior agent, so I was tentative and protective of my mom in the beginning. Kevin is just an all around good guy. He is always on time, patient, and friendly. He’s knowledge about houses and the market. I can not thank him enough. He deserves more then 5 stars thats for sure.
